Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 8, Hadith 42
“ إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ وَإِذَا خَرَجَ فَلْيَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ ” .

The above hadith is from the Sunan an-Nasa’i collection of hadiths. Ahmad ibn Shu’ayb al-Nasa’i, a master of hadith sciences, gifted the Muslim world with his seminal work, the Sunan an-Nasa’i, in the 9th century.
