Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 44, Hadith 73
“ لاَ تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ وَلاَ تَبْتَاعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ ” . قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ مِثْلِهِ سَوَاءً .
