Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 44, Hadith 198
“ الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ شِرْكٍ رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ لاَ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ فَإِنْ بَاعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَهُ ” .
