Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 44, Hadith 19
“ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ الْبَيْعُ كَانَ عَنْ خِيَارٍ فَإِنْ كَانَ الْبَيْعُ عَنْ خِيَارٍ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ ” .

Sunan an-Nasa’i is one of the six major Hadith collections in Sunni Islam, compiled by the renowned Islamic scholar Ahmad ibn Shu’ayb al-Nasa’i in the 9th century.
