Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 35b, Hadith 41
“ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ وَلاَ يُكَارِيهَا بِثُلُثٍ وَلاَ رُبُعٍ وَلاَ طَعَامٍ مُسَمًّى ”. رَوَاهُ حَنْظَلَةُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ رَافِعٍ فَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى رَبِيعَةَ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ.
