“ هُنَّ لَهُنَّ وَلِكُلِّ آتٍ أَتَى عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ غَيْرِهِنَّ فَمَنْ كَانَ أَهْلُهُ دُونَ الْمِيقَاتِ حَيْثُ يُنْشِئُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ ” .
