Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 44, Hadith 41
“ مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مُحَفَّلَةً أَوْ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يُمْسِكَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَرُدَّهَا رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لاَ سَمْرَاءَ ” .
