Sunan an-Nasa’i: Book 35b, Hadith 8
“ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَوْ لِيَدَعْهَا ”. وَنَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ. وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْمَالُ الْعَظِيمُ مِنَ النَّخْلِ فَيَجِيءُ الرَّجُلُ فَيَأْخُذُهَا بِكَذَا وَكَذَا وَسْقًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ.
