Sunan Abi Dawud: Book 9, Hadith 37
“ لاَ جَلَبَ وَلاَ جَنَبَ ” . قَالَ أَنْ تُصَدَّقَ الْمَاشِيَةُ فِي مَوَاضِعِهَا وَلاَ تُجْلَبُ إِلَى الْمُصَدِّقِ وَالْجَنَبُ عَنْ غَيْرِ هَذِهِ الْفَرِيضَةِ أَيْضًا لاَ يُجْنَبُ أَصْحَابُهَا يَقُولُ وَلاَ يَكُونُ الرَّجُلُ بِأَقْصَى مَوَاضِعِ أَصْحَابِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَتُجْنَبُ إِلَيْهِ وَلَكِنْ تُؤْخَذُ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ .
