Abu Dawud said: Tasmid means uprooting the hair.
“” سِيمَاهُمُ التَّحْلِيقُ وَالتَّسْبِيدُ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُمْ فَأَنِيمُوهُمْ ”” . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ : التَّسْبِيدُ اسْتِئْصَالُ الشَّعْرِ .
