Sunan Abi Dawud: Book 40, Hadith 51
“ رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلاَثَةٍ عَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ الْمَغْلُوبِ عَلَى عَقْلِهِ حَتَّى يُفِيقَ وَعَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ ” . قَالَ صَدَقْتَ قَالَ فَخَلَّى عَنْهَا سَبِيلَهَا .
