“ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِصَقَبِهِ ”. لَمَا أَعْطَيْتُكَ. وَقَالَ بَعْضُ النَّاسِ إِنِ اشْتَرَى نَصِيبَ دَارٍ، فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُبْطِلَ الشُّفْعَةَ، وَهَبَ لاِبْنِهِ الصَّغِيرِ وَلاَ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ يَمِينٌ.
