wrote that one should neither collect various portions (of the property) nor divide the property into
various portions in order to avoid paying Zakat.
“ وَلاَ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ وَلاَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ ”.
