encamp at Khaif Bani Kinana where the pagans(of Quraish) took the oath of Kufr (against the Prophet (ﷺ)
i.e. to be loyal to heathenism, by boycotting Banu Hashim, the Prophet’s folk. (See Hadith 1589)
“ مَنْزِلُنَا غَدًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِخَيْفِ بَنِي كِنَانَةَ، حَيْثُ تَقَاسَمُوا عَلَى الْكُفْرِ ”.
