Riyad as-Salihin: Book 7, Hadith 26

Abu Musa Al-Ashari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), feared mischief from a people, he would supplicate: “Allahumma inna naj’aluka fi nuhurihim, wa na’udhu bika min shururihim (O Allah! We ask You to face them, and seek Your Protection against their evil.”.

عن أبي موسي الأشعري رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله كان إذا خاف قوماً قال‏:‏ ‏
“‏ اللهم إنا نجعلك في نحورهم ، ونعوذ بك من شرورهم‏”‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود، والنسائي بإسناد صحيح‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
