“من حلف على يمين بملة غير الإسلام كاذبًا متعمدًا، فهو كما قال، ومن قتل نفسه بشيء، عُذب به يوم القيامة، وليس على رجل نذر فيما لا يملكه، ولعن المؤمن كقتله” ((متفق عليه)).
