Riyad as-Salihin: Book 17, Hadith 261

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Avoid two habits which provoke cursing.” The Companions said: “What are those things which provoke cursing?” He said, “Relieving on the thoroughfares or under the shades where people take shelter and rest.”.

وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ “اتقوا اللاعنين” قالوا‏:‏ وما اللاعنان‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏
“‏الذي يتخلى في طريق الناس أو في ظلهم‏”‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
