Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal: Book 5, Hadith 425
It was narrated from `Abdul-Kareem – and he narrated the same hadeeth. And he said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade me to wear gold rings, to recite Qur`an whilst bowing, and (to wear) a blend of linen and silk or clothes dyed with safflower.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ وَقَالَ نَحْنُ نُعْطِيهِ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا الْأَجْرَ.
