“ الْكَمْأَةُ مِنَ الْمَنِّ وَمَاؤُهَا شِفَاءٌ لِلْعَيْنِ وَالْعَجْوَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَهِيَ شِفَاءٌ مِنَ السُّمِّ ” . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ .

The above hadith is from the Jami` at-Tirmidhi collection of hadiths. The Jami` at-Tirmidhi is one of the six major hadith collections, or Kutub al-Sittah, revered in Sunni Islamic tradition. Its compiler, Imam al-Tirmidhi, undertook this significant work during the 9th century. This places it alongside other foundational texts like Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawood, Sunan an-Nasa’i, and Sunan ibn Majah. The collection itself is extensive, featuring more than 4,000 individual hadiths that are systematically categorized across 46 distinct books, covering a wide range of theological and legal subjects.
