“ وَمَنْ قُتِلَ لَهُ قَتِيلٌ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ إِمَّا أَنْ يَعْفُوَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ يَقْتُلَ ” . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ وَأَنَسٍ وَأَبِي شُرَيْحٍ خُوَيْلِدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو .
