Jami` at-Tirmidhi: Book 14, Hadith 95

The Hadith of Abu Talhah, Ath-Thawri reported this Hadith from As-Suddi, from Yahya bin ‘Abbad, from Anas: “That Abu Talhah was with him” and this is more correct than the narration of Al-laith (no. 1293).
“ أَهْرِقِ الْخَمْرَ وَاكْسِرِ الدِّنَانَ ” . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَأَنَسٍ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ رَوَى الثَّوْرِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ . وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ .
