Sunan Ibn Mājah is one of the six major hadith collections in Sunni Islam (al-Kutub al-Sittah), compiled by Imam Ibn Mājah al-Qazwini (d. 273 AH). It contains over 4,000 hadiths covering a wide range of topics, including worship, legal rulings, ethics, and eschatology. While it includes many authentic narrations, it is also known for having a higher proportion of weak hadith compared to the other five collections in the canonical six.
